DuoMarinett

 

DuoMarinett consists of percussionist Sofia Wik, from Linköping in Sweden and clarinetist Beatrice Seyzeriat, from Fevik in Norway. They met when they were studying in Gothenburg and are now active as freelance musicians, both in various professional orchestras, and in solo and chamber music context. In the summer of 2014 DuoMarinett went on a summer tour "Svängiga och varma klanger" (catchy and warm harmonies), wich were largely appreciated by the audience. Their repertoire consists of original music written for clarinet and marimba as well as their own arrangements of famous classical music and traditional Swedish songs. They collaborate with choirs, play music perfect for ceremonies,weddings and give concerts on a regular basis.
